You will receive a zip file with both .otf and .ttf files.

Far too many to name. We guarantee you will not receive a Microsoft Publisher file.
But I like Microsoft Publisher.
That’s not a question.
How many computers can I install the font on?
Our standard license allows for installation on up to 10 computers, owned by the same entity. In other words, if you work in an office with 10 or less computers, you may purchase the font once for your office. If you need more users, email us about an extended license.
We have Thunderhead installed on 10 computers in our office but Debbie in accounting wants it on her computer, too. What should we do?
It’s always Debbie in accounting. Always. Debbie would need to purchase her own copy of Thunderhead.
How long do I have to download my files?
Once you purchase a file you may download it as many times as you’d like, for one (1) year. After the one-year period, you will need to repurchase the item if you’d like to download it again. You will also need to create an account once you purchase your fonts in order to re-download them at a later time.
So, in other words I have 8760 hours to download my file?
Technically, yes.
So 31,536,000 sec…
…we get it, you can multiply. Can we please move on?
What is your refund policy?
Since you are purchasing non-tangible products, are able to preview the file you are purchasing, and will have access to the font files once they’re downloaded, unfortunately we can not offer refunds on any virtual items purchased through the site. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

In order to use our fonts in mobile apps, regular apps or video games, you’ll need to purchase a separate license. Please email us for more details. Oh, and your app sounds a lot like the T.G.I. Friday’s app. May want to rethink that one.

Do I need the latest and greatest version of Die Hard in my DVD collection?
The most recent version of Die Hard, entitled A Good Day to Die Hard (2013) was lacking in both the plot department and the believability department, a movie that Richard Roeper called ‘a disappointment’ and gave a generous D+. McClane’s son is a now a top notch CIA agent, and McClane never heard of him? Really? Come on! Besides, who still watches DVDs?

Laurnni.
How do you come up with the names for your fonts?
We hired the Facebook guy (not Mark Zuckerberg, the other Facebook guy… Steve something) to develop a proprietary font name-generation algorithm for us. We also name them after whatever we see out our window at TypeDrift HQ. We’re currently working on a new one called Street Sweeper.
How did you come up with these questions and answers?
Also Steve from Facebook.
I’m a self-professed ‘typoholic’. Do you have a t-shirt I can buy?
Neat. No.

Cool.
